Positive: Warm, spacious, well stocked with household necessities, close to the beach, far away from the shops (this is good… I prefer to cook, not eat out!)

Negative: Dining table on carpeted area… risky with kids staying… and too cold for us to eat dinner outside (Darwin-based Kiwis)
